Diagnostic Fee
To begin, we offer a thorough eBike diagnostic service to identify any issues. Our diagnostic fee is a standard charge of $50 and will be credited towards the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repairs at Off the Chain. This means that the cost of diagnosing the problem is deducted from your final repair bill, ensuring that you only pay for the work done on your eBike.

Important Terms
Do note that the estimated time and price may differ slightly across the various models and the condition of the eBike/Escooter itself. The prices and time shown are based on a normally maintained vehicle with no other complications which may cost more time and effort to repair/replace parts.
- Prices DO NOT include any components which may require replacement.
- **Prices below are for labor only. Cost of parts will be included in final estimate
- **All prices are shown in USD and do not include any tax if applicable.**
Diagnostics
A $50 diagnostic fee will be assessed for all repairs. If customer approve repairs, this will be applied to labor. If customer declines repairs, the $50 fee will be due before eBike/Escooter is returned to customer.
